Samoa Tsunami 2009 Appeal!

He has assured the Samoans New Zealand has enough vaccine for the entire population, if necessary. The risk of disease was raised in meetings with local medical teams, and the PM has agreed to a team of specialists flying in from Auckland today, looking out for cases of potentially deadly tetanus in particular.
Net-a-Thon

A new way to raise funds for Samoa’s relief effort has been launched via a Net-a-Thon. This is the first Internet fundraiser of its kind in the region, and is part of Phase Two, to Rebuild Samoa.

The Net-a-Thon starts on Saturday, 7 November 2009 and will run for seven days. However, the secure site is already active for early birds wishing to donate a dollar or more.

Donors with Internet access have a choice of using a credit card or transferring an amount from their online bank account.

The Samoa Tsunami 2009 Appeal Charitable Trust is pleased to be a part of the inaugural Net-a-Thon.

Be a part of history. And help those most in need from the tsunami. Every Dollar Counts.
